Backup Manager is an online data backup service that allows you to back up a PC over the network to a cloud storage service. NTI Corporation created a white label service of this product for various OEMs including Acer and eMachines.

ischedulesvc.exe runs as a service under the name NTI IScheduleSvc with extensive SYSTEM privileges (full administrator access). It is installed with a couple of know programs including Gateway MyBackup published by NTI Corporation, Acer Backup Manager from NTI Corporation and Acer Backup Manager by NTI Corporation. The file is digitally signed by NTI Corporation which was issued by the VeriSign certificate authority (CA).
