This is the installed help portion of StartSmart. The help system is based on compiled HTML known as .chm (for compiled help). It is based on the Microsoft Compiled HTML Help standard, a proprietary online help format that utilizes HTML pages as well navigation, search and an index. When uninstalling the mail program the help is designed for, this help program may need to be uninstalled manually.
