What is AppleMobileDeviceHelper_main.dll?
This is the bootstrapper/helper portion of the Apple MobileDeviceHelper iTunes sync. AppleMobileDeviceHelper.exe is installed along with the latest version of Apple iTunes and is used to sync your iOS devices such as the iPhone, iPod or iPad with iTunes when you connect your device to your computer. If you are running Windows XP, before the installation of Service Pack 2, this service was required for use with the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service.
